Hope for the Week - 4/19/17

What a wonderful celebration of Christ’s resurrection last Sunday at Altria! This Sunday, we’re launching a new sermon series about the freedom we can find in Jesus Christ. Join us for the next five Sundays as we discuss what Christ has freed us from — and what he frees us to.

Women’s and Men’s Spring Bible Studies
If you’d like to be part of Hope community this spring, join us next week on April 25 or 26, as we form new small groups for men and women. These groups will be an opportunity for you to connect relationally with others and grow spiritually. We will meet at Hope for seven weeks and study the book of James. Childcare is available. Women have an option of night or day groups. Click here for more details and registration.

This Week’s Schedule – Sunday, April 23

HOPE Church

Offering experiences, relationships and places where people can find life and purpose through Jesus Christ. From the beginning, Hope has been trying to help people who don’t know God, have every opportunity to do so. It’s part of our DNA. Since we believe a church is people and not a building, this means our mission can happen every day and all over the place – as Hope people go to work or school, and spend time with family, friends and colleagues. This means that we could offer experiences anywhere we find ourselves – a ball game, an evening out for dinner with a friend, a neighborhood cookout – you get the picture. It means that many places can become places where we seek to help people find life, God-life, the real thing. And we know that this often happens though sincere relationships and friendships.
